Coming at you with another favorite: Buffalo Cauliflower Wings. These are spicy, crispy, and totally versatile - perfect in wraps, tacos, on pizza, or just straight off the baking sheet. I highly recommend giving these a try, especially if you’re looking for a plant-based snack with a little kick.

What You Will Need

  • Cauliflower: The star! Holds up well in the oven and soaks up that buffalo flavor perfectly.

  • Flour + plant-based milk: Make a light batter that helps the breadcrumbs stick and keeps the florets tender.

  • Breadcrumbs: Optional, but they add extra crunch that makes these feel indulgent.

  • Buffalo sauce + vegan butter: The magic combo that gives them that classic tangy, spicy flavor.

  • Spices (garlic powder, crushed pepper): Boost the flavor and give a subtle kick even before the buffalo sauce.

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • ¼ cup flour

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ⅛ tsp crushed pepper

  • 3 tbsp plant milk

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce

  • 1–4 tsp melted vegan butter or oil

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 420°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, plant milk, garlic powder, and crushed pepper to form a smooth batter.

  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter, then coat each piece with breadcrumbs (if using).

  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce with vegan butter (or oil). Toss the baked florets in the sauce, then return them to the baking sheet.

  6. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until crispy and saucy.

  7. Serve with your favorite dip - I went with some dairy-free ranch 💛

NOTES/TIPS
  • For extra crunch, broil the bites for 2–3 minutes at the very end (watch closely!).

  • These reheat well in the oven at 375°F for 5–7 minutes; they stay crispy if you avoid the microwave.
